My first experience with Croatian cuisine was very positive at Dubrovnik in New Rochelle. The place is very popular and only bar seats were available, but we were happy to get in and try it out. Bread and water were supplied and we waited a short time for our meal. I ordered the cuttlefish risotto in ink. It came out beautifully presented and tasted rich and delicious.
My Mom got Losos na Žaru and enjoyed it equally as much.
Next time we’d love to sit by the brick oven stove on the patio!
